Summary
When generating Content Briefs and Atomizations, Accelerator360™ prompts can now access the web. Improvements have been made to the sign-in functionality, including password changes, a lockout process, and two-factor authentication controls. Users can now embed images in the WYSIWYG editors. SaaS clients can purchase and allocate Licenses, allowing them to swap Channels as needed.
New Features
Embedded Images added to Rich Text Editors. Users can now embed Shutterstock, uploaded, and AI generated images directly into text, allowing them to more clearly articulate and represent how the content will appear once published.
Inline images support direct upload, Shutterstock search, and AI generation.
As with the image attachment fields, these embedded images support Alt Text, to help ensure ADA compliance of the final product.
Web-enabled Prompts Available. Whether creating a new Content Brief, leveraging AI Writer for a first draft, or Atomizing derivatives, Accelerator360™ prompts can now tell LLMs to access the web. This functionality, also known as grounding, directs the LLM to use relevant search results to inform and enhance its generated outputs.
This is an optional improvement and will added by a Skyword administrator on a case-by-case basis — reach out to your Skyword team to explore how web-enabled prompts may benefit your content.
License Structure allows Channel Swapping. SaaS users can purchase one or more licenses to Accelerator360™, with each license granting access to a single Channel (with unlimited users.) Once a Channel's work is concluded, its license can be reassigned.
This structure allows users to continue their current contract and create new Channels with separate Brand Details, Content Types, and Prompts without having to purchase a completely new license for each one.
Improvements to Existing Features
Sign-In Security Improvements. As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure client and contributor data safety, a set of security measures have been added to the sign-in process:
Minimum Password Length Updated. Going forward, the minimum password length is set to 12 characters. All current passwords remain valid at this time; users will only need to meet this requirement upon creating their account or resetting their password.
Lockout Process Added. If a user enters their password incorrectly 5 times in a row, their account will be locked for 30 minutes. If there is an urgent need to access the platform, users can reach out to Support to unlock their account.
Trust Two-Factor Authentication for 30 Days. When a user with two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled signs in, they can now mark the browser as trusted. Doing so allows them to skip 2FA for 30 days when accessing through that same browser.
Reset Two-Factor Authentication Options. If a user changes or loses their 2FA device, they can now reset their 2FA configuration through their Profile page. If unable to access their account due to 2FA, users can reach out to Support for a single-use code.
