New Features
Publishing Feeds Available. Upon being marked Complete, content can now be sent to a Skyword hosted publishing feed; from here, clients can ingest the content programmatically and publish to their site. This means content can now flow directly from Accelerator360™ to your CMS - no more copying and pasting.
These feeds are distinct and secure to their assigned channel. Skyword offers both JSON and XML formats and the feeds are fully customizable based on your content templates and CMS structures.
Publishing Feeds are created and maintained through the Integrations section on the Configure page. Access is currently restricted to Skyword employees but will be opened to clients in a future release.
Improvements to Existing Features
Download In-Progress Content. Users can now download content prior to it being marked as Complete, letting them share with teams who cannot access Accelerator360TM and store it as required by their legal and/or operations teams.
Assignments downloaded this way will have “_DRAFT” appended to their file names and Shutterstock images, if used, will still have their watermarks embedded.
Show/Hide Resolved Comments. When editing and reviewing content, users can now toggle resolved comments to display or hide (they are hidden by default) and restore previously resolved comments. This provides insight into when and why changes were made and allows users to correct mistakes (in case a comment was accidentally marked resolved).
“Shared With Me” Filter added to Library. Users can now toggle the “Shared With Me” filter in the Content Library, detailing which assignments need their input with a single click.
Rich Text in Field Descriptions. A field description provides contributors and reviewers with details on the field’s intended use. These descriptions now allow for rich text, providing robust instructions and further clarity to users.
Edit the Brand Overview. Users can now edit their channel's Brand Overview to ensure it matches their company guidelines. As before, these can then be downloaded and provided to team members without Accelerator360™ access.
Note: Editing your Brand Overview will not modify the channel's other brand variables (e.g. Audiences, Brand Voice). These are configured and maintained separately.
Contributors can access Shutterstock. Contributors are now able to use the Shutterstock image search to identify appropriate images and attach them to content. Previously this was only available to reviewers after content was submitted; this change allows for flexibility on team responsibility during the content creation process.
