Summary
New Features
Table View Added to Content Library. Users can toggle to a Table view of the Content Library, which provides a condensed list of content in their channel. Selecting the assignment titles brings the user to the Assignment Details page. The Table view uses the same filters as the original Card view and the view selection is saved in the user’s session, allowing users to return to their most recent configuration. This view is also sortable, letting users list content by any of the displayed fields.
Project Folders Added to Plans. Users can now create Project folders via the Plan section of Accelerator360™. Once created, users can assign content to a Project from both the Create listing and the Assignment Details page. Projects provide a clean way to group and track delivery of content across your asset mix.
Export to CSV. While in the Table view of the Library, users have the ability to Export Results to CSV. This provides a download of all content matching the current filters and search queries, allowing the content to be inserted into external tracking systems.
Credit Tracking Available. For the subset of channels still using Skyword’s credit model, Credit Tracking can be enabled on the channel’s license. This adds the capability to input Credits upon assignment creation and from the Assignment Details page. Credits are also listed in the Table view of the Content Library and included in the CSV export. If you need this enabled, please reach out to your Customer Success team member.
Video Payments split 50/50. To align with industry standards, video payments are now split 50/50 at Claim and Approval. Video payments are handled separately from the payments schedule and are typically issued within 2 business days of being awarded.
Improvements to Existing Features
Expanded Filters in Content Library. Users can now filter content by Project, Content Type, Submit Date, Last Updated, and, in the Enterprise view, Channel. This allows users to more quickly locate and access content. Just as before, these filters hold as users navigate Accelerator360™, allowing them to return to their most recent configuration.
Brand Selector Streamlined. For those who need to move between multiple channels, the selection screen has been updated with better grouping and search capabilities.
Issuing Unpaid Assignments Updated. Offering unpaid assignments to contributors is now tied to the channel’s license. When enabled, users can offer assignments with payment rates set to $0; when disabled, users are required to enter a payment rate. By default, this is disabled for channels and is enabled by your Customer Success rep as needed.
View AI Suggestions In-line with Audit content. When using the Audit tool, the AI Suggestions feature now expands within the left-hand section instead of in an overlay. This allows users to review the suggestions while making updates to the content in the center section.
