Summary
Expands workflow capabilities, streamlines sharing, and adds an auditable history of assignments.
New Features
Expanded Workflows. We’ve added three states to the content creation workflow— Returned for Revisions, Ready For Approval, and Published —making it easier to track content status and remaining tasks. Here are the new states' details:
Returned For Revisions. There are times when assignments need to be returned to the Contributor without interference from Users. Now, when content is in the In Review state, Users can update the state to Returned For Revisions.
Users are required to set a Resubmission Deadline (which defaults to 2 business days) and leave a Comment for the Contributor.
The Contributor then receives an email notification with access to the assignment. When content is in the Returned For Revisions state, only the Contributor will have access to it – Users and Collaborators will receive an error message if they attempt to review.
Once the Contributor resubmits, the content’s state will update to In Review.
Ready For Approval. In order to differentiate what actions are needed to complete content, Users can now move content between In Review and Ready For Approval. All Users have access to both states and receive email notifications when content moves between them. Users can move content to the Completed state from both the In Review or Ready For Approval states.
Published. Once content is Completed, Users often publish it to its live, permanent location. Users can now indicate content is officially live by moving it from Completed to Published and record its URL. Users can take this action from the Assignment Details and Content Library pages by selecting the Publish button.
Access Assignment History. Users can now review the actions taken on their content from the Content Library, Content Review, and Assignment Details pages. This will help identify potential bottlenecks and blockers in each channel’s content creation process. The initial version includes state changes, payment releases, and sharing actions; an upcoming release will include edits. Select the Timeline icon to bring up an overlay listing the event history.
Easily locate Content with the Enterprise Library. When working across multiple channels, locating and navigating to where content is housed can be laborious. The Enterprise Content Library view lists the content from all your channels in one place so you can quickly filter, search, and access your content.
The Enterprise Content Library view can be accessed from the Brand Selection page via the left-hand nav; when already in a channel, select the channel logo towards the bottom of the left-hand nav to bring up the Brand Selection view.
Quickly switch between Payment Reports. With the Enterprise Payment Reports, users no longer have to enter and exit each Channel they work in to access payment details and funding history. Instead, they can just pick from the list of their accessible channels and then view the results in platform and/or export them to their preferred payment tracker.

Issue One-Time Payments. When a contributor needs payment for work unrelated to an asset in Accelerator360, users can issue them a One-Time Payment. This feature is accessible through the Contributor Lists and Finance Report pages in the Configure section of the platform.
Improvements to existing features
Streamlined Sharing. Collaborators are now stored in your Channel and listed in the Configure section. This allows Users to easily find and select Collaborators when sharing content for review. Users can still add new Collaborators by entering their name and email, and they will be automatically stored for future use.
Attachments in External Resources. Users can now attach and remove files through the External Resources tool. Just like with the links, these are available to Contributors and Users while creating, editing, and reviewing the content.
