Summary
Generating and editing images with AI comes to Accelerator360™. Now enhanced imagery can be created without switching tools or focus.
For those looking to integrate their CMS, a host of improvements have been rolled out to our Publishing Feeds and WordPress plugin.
Lastly, for those handling the day-to-day operations of content creation, we've deployed a number of life improvements.
New Features
Generate Images with AI. Users can now generate images for assignments and atomizations directly in Accelerator360™ using one of three models: Dall-E 3, Gemini, and Imagen.
After entering the instructions, 4 options are returned for selection and, if none of those fit the bill, users can edit their instructions and regenerate up to 4 times (for a maximum total of 20 image options.)
Due to costs associated with AI image generations, a fee will be charged directly from the channel's Content Development Fund whenever this action is taken. This fee is clearly presented to users and they will be asked to confirm the transaction. Freelance contributors are not allowed to generate images with AI, to prevent misuse of your channel's funds.Edit Images with AI. In addition to generating images, users can also provide instructions to edit previously generated or uploaded images using Gemini. This returns a single image.
As with image generation, a fee will be charged directly from the channel's Content Development Fund whenever this action is taken. This fee is clearly presented to users and they will be asked to confirm the transaction.AI Charges Listed in own Payment Report. On the Finance Reports page, there is a new report labeled AI Charges. This lists every fee incurred by users when generating or editing images with AI. These charges are also listed in the Channel Log report.
Improvements to Existing Features
Contributor Emails Displayed to Users. Users can now see a Contributor’s listed email address when viewing them in a Contributor List and when the Contributor is surfaced through the Recommend feature. This allows users to communicate directly prior to incorporating the Contributor into a project. This feature is not available in E-Commerce channels, to limit the exposure of our Contributor network to potential bad actors.
Due Dates Clearly Shown to Contributors. Contributors often has difficulty locating when they were expected to claim and submit their assignments. These are now prominently displayed on both Listings and Details pages.
Copy In-line Comments. Users can now highlight and copy an in-line comment's text, making it easier to continue the conversation.
Expanded Resource File Types. When attaching a resource to an assignment, users will find they can upload images, spreadsheets, slide decks, and movies, in addition to documents.
Filter by Enterprise. Users with access to multiple Enterprises can now filter their Global Library by Enterprises as well as Channels
Integration Upgrades
Upgraded WordPress Connection. The WordPress integration now links to all of the standard fields and settings for posts. When publishing to WordPress, users can now map Categories, Tags, Featured Image, Author (overriding the listed Contributor in Accelerator360), SEO Title, SEO Description, and Custom Fields.
Publishing Feeds Expanded. When setting up an XML or JSON publishing feed, Accelerator360 now allows for a few simple manipulations, allowing the feeds to be customized to meet integrated systems' requirements. These include:
Equals. Entered as eq - checks if two values are equal and returns true/false.
Not. Entered as not - flips a returned value from true to false/false to true.
Replace. Entered as replace - performs an inline replace of all matching substrings in a string.
Date Format. Entered as formatDate - converts a date-time value based on standardized patterns.
Bug Fixes
One-Time Payment Email Missing. When a contributor was issued a one-time payment, they would not receive a notification so they had to sign into Accelerator360 to learn of the payment.
Video Payments Improperly Shown in Payment Report. In the Video Payment report, when a video assignment’s payments occurred in two different months, both payments appeared if one of the months was selected.
Video Payment Notification Failed to Trigger. When a video assignment was issued and awarded through the RFP process, the payment notification to Finance would not trigger so they were unaware of any needed actions.
Single-Use 2FA Code Failed on Reset Password. When a user needed to both reset their password and be issued a single-use two factor code by Support to access Accelerator360, the code sent by Support would not work on the Reset Password page and the user could be locked out of the platform.
