Summary
For clients upgrading to Accelerator360™, an archive of your Skyword360 content is now available. Now legacy content can be restored into your current templates with a few button presses.
New Features
Skyword360 Archive is now live. For those clients who are moving from Skyword360 to Accelerator360, their content is now available to restore. Users will find the Skyword360 Archive through the Configure page, which lists all content submitted in our legacy platform. From here, they can search by Title and Author, and filter by legacy Content Types.
Taking the Restore action prompts the user to select a Content Type and then map the legacy fields to Accelerator360’s. Additionally, the original published date, if it exists, will be associated with the new assignment. Unmapped fields are not carried through to the assignment. Once restored, users will see a View Imported Assignment button that will bring them to the content.
The new content is assigned to the user who restored it and placed in the Published state. Users can then change it’s state and send it out for review/edits. Note: restoring content multiple times will create multiple assignments in Accelerator360.Finally, users have the option to download the JSON formatted file for each assignment, providing another avenue for data retention.
Improvements to Existing Features
Control Requirements at Content Type. The H1 and URL Link requirements are now configured at the individual Content Type, allowing users to specify when and where these are necessary.
Contributor Payment Rate Editable until Submission. Sometimes mistakes are made and the wrong payment rate is set for content; contributors then accept the assignment, assuming that the rate will be corrected. Now users can edit that payment rate prior to the contributor submitting the content.
Updated Notification Emails. State change notifications now detail the assignment’s channel in both the subject and body of the email.
More Contributor Details Surfaced. When searching for and selecting contributors, users will now see their tags, location, and portfolio links on their profile.
Audit Log of Integration Edits. When a user reconfigures an integration, this recorded to the database for auditing purposes. A log of the edits can be found for each channel by navigating to Configure > Logs > Integration Edits.
Bug Fixes
Inline Images were not appearing in Anonymous Share. When the Anonymous Share link was enabled and provided, users who accessed content through it were unable to see any inline/embedded images in rich text fields. These now render as expected for all reviewers.
Videos autoplaying. When a video was uploaded to an attachment field, it would automatically play whenever the page was loaded. Users now must select the Play button to start a video.
