Summary
This release focuses on enhancing the capabilities of Assignment Briefs and Atomizations, and streamlining platform communication.
New Features
-
AI Recommend added to Assignment Briefs and Atomizations. When editing an Assignment Brief or Atomization, users now have the ability to select AI Recommend, enter suggestions, and have the system generate the new text. This allows users to make subtler updates than a complete regeneration (which they can still do from the Assignment Briefs and Atomizations List pages). The changes are added to the Content History under the Accelerator360 user, so users can review and restore previous versions.
-
Link to External Resources. Users can now add URLs as External Resources to individual assignments. These can be added from multiple pages — when editing the Assignment Brief, viewing the Details page of the assignment, and when editing the Content. Contributors and External Reviewers will be able to access (but not add) these URLs when creating and reviewing content.
-
Toggle Visualization of Social Atomizations. Users can now switch the visualizations of social content on and off with a simple button press, allowing them to see the text plainly as well as preview how the content will render.
Improvements to existing features
-
Rescind/Forfeit Assignment post-claim. Contributors can now forfeit, and users can now rescind, assignments after they have been claimed. This provides additional flexibility, whether due to changes in scope or unavailability. When a contributor forfeits an assignment, the owner is notified via email. When a user rescinds an assignment, they are required to provide a note to the contributor and the contributor is notified via email.
-
Messaging added to Contributor Lists. Users can now send messages to Contributors without an associated assignment. Once a message thread is started, it will be displayed in the Inbox as <Channel Name> & <Contributor Name> (e.g. Skyword & Bello Hill). Multiple users can join a message thread (though only one contributor) and all users receive notifications from each message (except for their own).
-
Messaging added to Proposals. Users and Contributors now send messages when the assignment has not yet been started, allowing them to communicate before accepting/rejecting an assignment or submitting a bid. Once a message thread is started, it will be displayed in the Inbox as Proposal for “<Title>”.
-
Descriptions added to Prompts. Each Prompt used in Atomization now has a description, detailing its use cases. When creating or editing a prompt for channel-specific use, users can add descriptions of their own.
-
Advanced function added to Prompt Packages. In the previous release, the Advanced option was added to Prompts, allowing users to add custom inputs when generating Atomizations. This has been added to the Prompt Package function, allowing users to customize a set of generated Atomizations at once.
Bug fixes
-
Restore from Content History operational. When a user selected the option to restore a previous version of content (be it the assignment brief or the actual content), the system would state that it had been restored but nothing actually occurred. Restoring versions now works as expected.
