New Features
-
Content Library Search. Users can now search for their assets listed in the Content Library. Search checks against titles, authors, and keywords.
- Help Center Access. Users are now able to access Skyword’s Help Center directly from Accelerator360TM via the left-hand nav.
-
Include Search Phrase on Create. When checking against Competitor rankings, tracking Trending Keywords, or surfacing Related Keywords, users can now specify a Search Phrase via Search Settings. The results will filter to the keywords that include the entered terms.
-
Advanced Settings when Atomizing. While atomizing content, users will now see an Advanced option for each Prompt. This allows them to set the Title, Audience, Keyword, and Additional Instructions for the prompt, overwriting the configurations set for the Source Content.
-
PayPal information required for paid Contributors. In order to accept paid assignments, contributors must enter their PayPal information in Accelerator360TM. This can be added and edited from their Profile page.
-
Issue Payment before Approval. Users can now release payments to contributors without approving content, allowing them to continue editing and communicating with the contributor and clients and providing peace of mind to contributors that they will receive compensation according to the schedule.
Improvements to existing features
-
Edit Keywords after generating Assignment Brief. Previously, once an assignment brief was generated, the keyword was locked. Users can now edit the keyword to better fit their needs until issuing the assignment. The assignment brief can then be regenerated or edited after the keyword is updated.
-
Contributor Info available upon selection. Users can now see a contributor’s Bio and Samples when selecting them for an assignment or adding them to a Contributor List.
-
Prompts ordered alphabetically. When adding a prompt to a channel, the prompts available to users in the Prompt Library are now displayed alphabetically.
-
Updated Email Copy. The notification messages sent from the platform have been improved, clarifying any issues and providing users' next steps.
-
Updated Help Text. When creating content, the instructive text has been improved, clarifying the system’s capabilities and the actions users should take.
Bug fixes
-
Email incorrectly sent when a Proposal Expired. Upon receiving an RFP, if a contributor decided against submitting a Proposal, they would still receive a Proposal Declined email when the RFP expired. Contributors no longer receive these invalid emails.
-
Original Title displaying instead of Current Title. On the Assignment Details and Assignment Proposals pages, the original assignment brief title would display instead of the assignment’s current title. The current title is now correctly displayed.
