Channel Prompt Library

You can manage your channel’s prompts and Prompt Packages from the Channel Prompts & Packages page. 

Managing Prompts & Prompt Packages

1. Click Configure on the left-hand navigation.
2. On the Configure page, select Prompt Library.
3. Prompts already included in your library will be visible in the left pane of the Channel Prompts & Packages page. Prompt Packages will be displayed in the pane on the right.
4. To add a new prompt to your library:
   • Click Add Prompt.
   • You will see a selection of prompts from our Global Prompt Library, accompanied by a brief description, in the overlay page. Click Add to My Prompts to move it into your library.
5. To remove a prompt from your prompt library, hit Delete.
6. To add a Prompt Package to your channel:
   • Click Create Package.
   • Enter a Package Name
   • Click + next to the corresponding prompt(s) you want to include in your package. You can add more than one of a given prompt to your packages.
   • After finalizing your prompt selections, click Create Prompt Package.
7. To remove a Prompt Package, hit Delete.
8. Click View & Edit if you wish to make changes to your package.

You can also add prompts to your library and create packages when you are Atomizing content, though you can only remove prompts from the Channel Prompts & Packages page.
