Channel users are those members of your team who have been granted access to your Accelerator360 channel. Users can be granted admin privileges, including permission to Modify Users, Manage Billing and/ or to Configure their channel instance.
If a user requires Modify Users, Manage Billing or Configure permissions, please contact your Skyword representative.
Adding New Channel Users
- Click Configure on the left-hand navigation.
- On the Configure page, select Users.
- To add a user to your channel, follow these steps:
- Click the Add Users button.
- Enter the new user’s first Name, last Name and email Address.
- Permissions will be toggled to Not Granted by default. Click Grant Permissions next to Modify Users, Manage Billing and/ or Configure if the new user requires them.
- Click Send Invitation.
Managing Existing Channel Users
Users with Modify Users permissions can edit user permission or remove them from your channel.
- Click Edit Permissions to grant or revoke Modify Users, Manage Billing or Configure permissions.
- Click Delete to remove a user from your channel.
