Once a contributor has submitted their assignment you will be able to access content to review and make edits in Accelerator360.
Reviewing Submitted Content
- Click the Library icon on the left-hand navigation.
- Click the Review link associated with the content you want to review.
- The system will open the Content Review page where you can review, edit and comment on content. In the table below you can learn more about all of the features available to you while reviewing content in Accelerator360, along with links to feature-specific help center articles.
| Feature | Description |
| Rich Text Editor | Accelerator360 uses a rich text editor that allows you to format your content and leave in-line comments. You will be able to add headers, rich text, links and more to your content. |
| Inline Commenting | Comments can be added either in-line, or you can leave a general comment. |
| Scorecard | A rubric that will score your content on best practices and assignment requirements. |
| Additional Fields | Any field that is required as part of your content template in addition to the Title and Content Body. |
| Images | A type of additional fields that features a native integration with Shutterstock. This field also is capable of generating AI created images. |
| Plagiarism | A plagiarism detection tool that searches the web for any content that exactly matches and shows the number of words that match. |
| Copy Edit | Use AI to generate a copy-edited version of your content which adheres to your channel’s style guide. You can configure your style guide in your channel’s Brand Overview. |
| Content Brief | Reference and review the brief for the content you are reviewing. |
| External Resources | Review any links or documents that have been added or add new external resources to your content. |
| Version History | A detailed log of all the changes that have been made over time to the content you are reviewing. |
| Assignment History | A log detailing actions taken on the content you are reviewing, i.e. state changes. |
| Sharing Content | Send content to a teammate or collaborator for their review. |
| Workflow Actions | Mark content as Ready for Approval, Approved, Published or Return for Revision. The workflow action buttons that are visible to you will depend on the current state the content is in. |
| Release Payment | Approves payment to the contributor for the content you are reviewing. This button will not be visible if payment has already been released or if its content has already reached the Completed state. |
