Sharing Content

Accelerator360 allows users to share content at any stage of production with individuals who have channel users accounts and those who without a channel user account. Whether you need to share an assignment brief, an atomized asset or a submitted piece of content, you can use the in-app Share feature to send content. 

How to Share Content with a User or Collaborator

1. You can click the Share button from any review page to open the Share overlay.
2. The Invite Collaborator pane will list all of your channel users and channel collaborators.
   • You can filter this list to display Users or Collaborators only by deselecting the group you want filtered out.
   • You can also search by name or email to locate a user or collaborator.
   • If you wish to add a new collaborator, enter in their First Name, Last Name and email address, then click +.
3. Click Invite User to share content and add that individual to the Invited Collaborators pane.
4. Users and collaborators who have been invited to content will be able to approve content to indicate they have completed their review. Their invite status will display as Not Approved until they have marked their content as approved, at which point it will move to the Approved state.
5. If you wish to remove a user or collaborators from the Invited Collaborators pane, click . 

How to Share Content via Anonymous Access

1. You can click the Share button from any review page to open the Share overlay.
2. Click the check box next to Copy Anonymous Link.
3. Click Copy Anonymous Link.
4. Manually share the external link with the individual(s).
