Accelerator360 provides you with a number of collaboration tools that will help you maintain effective communication with your contributors and your editorial team. These tools will ensure that everyone can align on content goals, messaging and timing.
Commenting on written content
- Description: When reviewing written content, you can leave comments associated with specific passages in the text or with images embedded in the content body.
- Who sees it: Your comments can be viewed by anyone with access to see the content. The contributor can see your inline comments only after the content item is returned for revision.

Messages
- Description: You can open messages with contributors
- Who sees it: All messages will be visible to the assignment creator and contributor by default. Additionally, channel users can add themselves to a message thread.

Sharing content (users)
- Description: When content needs to be edited or reviewed by a fellow channel user, you can trigger an email notification that will invite them to collaborate on the content.
- Who sees it: If you are a channel user you will be able to both share content with fellow users and view content that has been shared with you.
- How to use it: See Sharing Content for instructions.
Sharing content (collaborators)
- Description: When content requires review from anyone that does not have a channel user account – and they have been added as a channel collaborator – you can trigger an email notification that will invite them to review, edit and approve content.
- Who sees it: All channel users will be able to share content with a collaborator. Those collaborator(s) invited to the content will be able to see it using an external review link.
- How to use it: See Sharing Content for instructions.
Sharing Content (anonymous access)
- Description: When content requires review from anyone that does not have a channel user account – and will not be added as a channel collaborator – you can generate an external review link and manually share it so they may review, edit and approve content.
- Who sees it: All channel users will be able to share content via Anonymous Access. Individuals who have been sent the external review link will be able to view the content.
