Channel users with Manage Billing permissions can view Finance Reports in Accelerator360. Contact your Skyword representative if you require access to these reports.
Accessing Finance Reports
- Click Configure on the left-hand navigation.
- On the Configure page, select View Reports.
- Access the Contributor Pay or Channel Log report using the corresponding menu buttons.
- Contributor Pay: a set of reports on payments made to contributors. You will be able to sort this report by Month, Year and by payment period (Entire Month, First Payment Period, Second Payment Period). Each payment listed will include:
- Assignment Title
- Award Date: the date the payment was triggered for the assignment
- Author email
- Content Type
- Price/ Cost
- Channel Log: an accounting of Content Development Funds credits and debits. This report will include deposits made to your channel’s account as well as dates in which payments were made using your channel’s funds. You may sort this report by date.
- Contributor Pay: a set of reports on payments made to contributors. You will be able to sort this report by Month, Year and by payment period (Entire Month, First Payment Period, Second Payment Period). Each payment listed will include:
- You may export data from either report by clicking the Export to CSV button.
