You may have a need to compensate a contributor for work done outside of an issued assignment or to compensate them for work on assignment that may have exceeded its original scope.
Accelerator360™ offers a One-Time Payments function that will allow you to issue a payment directly to a contributor, independent of an issued assignment. These payments can be issued via Contributor Lists or in the Finance Report page within the Configure section of the platform.
Issuing a One-Time Payment via Contributor Lists
- Click Configure in the left hand navigation.
- On the Configure page, select Contributor Lists
- Click Edit next to the list you wish to view.
- Locate the contributor and select Issue One-Time Payment.
- Add a Payment Title, Payment Amount and, if needed, adjust the Payment Date.
- Click Confirm to release the payment.

Issuing a One-Time Payment via Finance Reports
- Click Configure in the left hand navigation.
- On the Configure page, select Finance Reports.
- Click Issue One-Time Payment on the Payment Reports page.
- Add a Payment Title, Payment Amount, User Email and, if needed, adjust the Payment Date.
- Click Confirm to release the payment.
