Execute your Campaign

Now that Accelerator360’s AI has generated a campaign and you have reviewed and finalized the content within it, you are ready to start executing your content creation. 

Campaign execution will fall into four main steps: issuing original assignments, reviewing original assignments, generating your derivative assignments and, finally, reviewing your derivative assignments. 

Issue Original Assignments

1. Click Issue Assignment next to the Original Assignment title. 
2. The Select Keywords screen will display the assignment overview which can serve as a reference point for selecting a keyword for your assignment. Hit Select Keyword to open the Change Keyword screen where you can either enter a predetermined keyword and click Set Keyword Manually or enter a phrase, click Search, and view a list of recommended keywords. Click on the keyword you wish to use and exit out of the Change Keyword screen to proceed.
3. Click Confirm on the Select Keywords screen to confirm your keyword selection. This will prompt Accelerator360 to generate an AI-powered content brief.
4. Review your brief, Issue to Contributor, Request Bids from Contributors and more from the Assignment Briefs page. Learn more about actions you can take to your brief once it has been generated here.
5. Your Original Assignment will appear in the Draft status on your Campaign page until it has been issued to a contributor or you have opened it to receive bids from contributors. From the Draft status you can:
   • Return to the Assignment Briefs page by clicking either Issue Assignment or Review & Recruit
   • Hit Edit Brief to review and make edits to the assignment brief
6. If you have issued your assignment to a contributor or opened it to receive bids from contributors, it may fall into one of the following states: Accepting Proposals, Pending, In Progress, or Awaiting Acceptance. View the Content States help center article to learn more.

Review Original Assignments

1. Once an Original Assignment has been submitted it will appear in the In Review status. 
2. Click Review to access the Content Review page.
3. Review and edit the assignment. Use the Message button to communicate and collaborate with the contributor.
4. When you have completed your review and edits, click Approve to move the assignment into the Completed status.
5. Hit Download to export your content via a .zip folder or select Publish to directly publish your asset from Accelerator360. Ask your Skyword team for more information about integrations.

Generate Derivative Assignments

1. When an Original Assignment has been moved into the Completed status, you will be able to start generating Derivative Assignments. 
2. Click Atomize next to the title of each assignment you wish to create a Derivative Assignment. Each assignment may take up to 30 seconds to generate, depending on length.

Review Derivative Assignments

1. Click Review to access the Atomization Review page. 
2. Review and edit the assignment. 
3. You can also use the AI Recommend tool to request Accelerator360’s generative AI to implement specific changes to your atomized asset. 
4. Click ATOMM Details to change the Audience that your atomized asset will target and/ or adjust the Keyword and Additional Instructions to better inform the prompt. Click Save & Regenerate to create a new version of your AI-generated asset.
5. Hit Download to export your content via a .zip folder or select Publish to directly publish your asset from Accelerator360. Ask your Skyword team for more information about integrations.
