You will be able to review your AI-generated campaign after having filled out your Content Strategy and Campaign Tactics via Create Campaign. You may also review an in-progress campaign by clicking Plan in the left-hand navigation bar, then selecting Continue.
Campaign Overview
Atop your Campaign page you can view your status tracker, which will appear as a percentage completed, your Cost Estimate, Lead Time Estimate and a detailed breakdown of your Campaign Overview. A typical overview will be broken down as follows:
- Target Audience Analysis: an overview of your audience which may include the type of content they gravitate towards, the channels where they consume content and what they hope to achieve when consuming content.
- Campaign Goals & Objectives: a clearly defined purpose for the campaign.
- Campaign Theme & Messaging: the unifying thread that will connect all of the content within your campaign.
- Marketing Channels: recommendations on where and how to distribute the content created in this campaign to reach your goals & objectives.
- Content Strategy: a breakdown of your approach to this campaign. It may include Content Pillars, required contributor expertise, publishing cadence and content budget allocation.
- Definitions of Success: detailed recommendations on how to best measure the performance of your campaign.
- Campaign Asset Breakdown: a high level breakdown of assets that will be created in your campaign. These will be broken down by Original Assignment and Derivative Assignments (Atomizations)
Campaign Structure
Your campaign assets will be displayed underneath the Campaign Overview in a Module → Original Assignment→Derivative Assignment hierarchy.
- Modules are tied to a Topic in your Campaign Tactics and can have multiple Original Assignments within it. Typically, two Original Assignments are generated, by default, when a campaign is generated in Plan.
- Each Original Assignment will be tied to a Module and may have up to 50 Derivative Assignments generated by default.
- Derivative Assignments are tied to Original Assignments. You will only be able to generate derivative assets once the Original Assignment it is tied to has been Approved in Accelerator360.
Review & Modify a Campaign
You will be able to view and modify your campaign at the Campaign level all the way down to the individual Derivative Assignment level.
- Click View Details/ Modify to edit your strategy and tactics. You can adjust everything from the Audience to the Topics and Derivative Assignments. Click Save & Regenerate to recreate your campaign – it is important to note that this will override any module or assignments created in the current iteration for your campaign. If you want to create an entirely new version of your campaign instead, select Use These Values to Generate a New Campaign. If generating a new campaign, we recommend adjusting your Campaign Name first.
- Modules can either be regenerated or deleted. Click
and Accelerator360 will create a new Module featuring new Original Assignments and Derivative Assignments. Hit
if you wish to delete a module.
- To add a whole new Module, scroll to the bottom of your Campaign and click Add Module. You will be required to enter a new Topic before you can generate a new Module.
Note: this approach is recommended instead of regenerating an entire campaign in cases where there may be one or two modules that require regeneration. Test adding alternate versions of topics you had entered in Campaign Tactics.
- Original Assignments will display a title and the estimated cost & days to complete. Clicking
will allow you to review and edit the title, assignment overview and content type. Click
to create a new Original Assignment and its associated derivatives or
if you wish to delete the assignment altogether. When you are ready to begin production on an Original Assignment, click Issue to Contributor.
- To add a new Original Assignment within a module, scroll to the bottom of your Module and click Add Original. You will be required to enter a new Topic before you can generate a new Module.
- Like Original Assignments, you will can take the following actions on a Derivative Assignment:
