Create New Assignments

Accelerator360 uses live search data to automate keyword research and create AI-powered content briefs - analyzing top-ranking content and outlining exactly what to include to outrank it.

From the Create Assignments page, you will be able to:

• Generate a single assignment
• Create assignments in bulk
• Review, edit and issue assignment drafts
• Add assignments to an RFP
• Create assignments that have been issued to you

Create a Single Assignment

1. Click the Create icon in the left-hand navigation. 
2. Select a Content Type
3. Create your assignment:
   • Give the assignment a name in the Enter Title field
   • Choose a keyword to optimize your assignment against by clicking Select Keyword. 
   • Hit Generate Brief to enter inputs that will be used to create an AI-generated assignment brief. Click Generate Brief once you have completed filling in the following information:
     • Purpose
     • Themes
     • Audience
     • You may also opt to have AI write a new assignment title. Leave the Overwrite Title box unchecked if you wish to keep the title you had manually entered.
   • Click Edit Brief to review your AI generated assignment brief. You may also bypass the Generate Brief step and manually enter an assignment brief. 
4. Click Issue Assignment when you are ready to assign your content to a contributor. 
   • If you wish to open your assignment as an RFP, click the Add to RFP Cart button. 

Create Multiple Assignments 

1. Click the Create icon. 
2. Select Create Bulk with SEO Keywords button below the listed content types.
3. You will be able to choose or enter your keywords on the Create Assignments from Keywords page. 
   • All assignments that are opened from the Create Assignments from Keywords will be displayed as Untitled Assignment in the Unissued Assignments queue on the left-hand side of the Create Assignments page. Click into any of these assignments to enter a title and generate a brief before issuing the content.

Add Assignments to an RFP

You may add any number of assignments to an RFP. 

1. Before you can add an assignment to an RFP, you will be required to fill out the Title and Assignment Brief.
2. Click Add to RFP Cart to include an assignment to an RFP.
3. The Create RFP for Assignments button will display the number of assignments included in your RFP. Click this button to open an RFP for your selected assignments. Click here to learn more about Requesting Bids from Contributors.

My Assignments

If you have been issued an assignment, click the My Assignments button to access any content that you are responsible for creating. 

Unissued Assignments

The left-hand column of the Create Assignments page will list all of your assignment drafts. You can click into any of these at any point to edit them, issue them to contributors or include them in an RFP.
