Accelerator360 gives users the ability to open assignments up for multiple contributors to submit bids. You will be able to review each bid and award the assignment to the winning proposal.
Requesting Bids from Contributors
- Once you have generated a brief on the Create Assignments page, click Add RFP to Cart.
- When you have added an assignment to your RFP cart, the Create RFP for # Assignments button will display in the top right corner of the Create Assignments page. RFPs can be opened for a single assignment or you may include multiple assignments as part of an RFP.
- Click Create RFP for # Assignments when you have added your assignments and are prepared to open the RFP.
- On the Recruit Contributors page you will be able to invite contributors to submit proposals in several different ways:
- Hit Generate Search Keywords to create an AI generated list of contributors. This search will be based on the topics within your assignment briefs. You will be able add or remove keywords from an AI generated list before selecting contributors.
- You may also enter in your own keywords in the Search Keywords search bar.
NOTE: contributors who have been vetted by Skyword will show this badge: . This indicates that they are a verified contributor.

- Click Open Profile to review a contributor’s bio, read their content samples and view their content tags.
- Hit Add to include a contributor in your request for proposals.
- Use Add Manually to enter in a contributor’s email address and include them in a request for proposal. Emails must belong to contributors that already exist in Accelerator. To add new users to Accelerator, please contact support or your customer success representative.
- Click Add from List to open a request for proposals to one of your channels curated Contributor Lists.
- To see which contributors you have chosen to issue your RFP to, click Selected. From here, you can give the list of contributors a name and click Save List, thus adding it as a new Contributor List. You can also Remove a contributor or further review their bio, samples and tags by clicking Read Bio.
- Before issuing your RFP, you can click Configure Due Dates if you wish to adjust the date for Proposals Due and Assignments Due.
- Click Issue RFPs to open this assignment up for contributors to submit their proposals. You will be asked to confirm the Proposals Due date – hit Issue RFP(s) once more to proceed.
