Clearing Your Browser Cache
A cache is a collection of temporary files that are stored on your computer to help webpages load faster. If you are seeing odd website behavior, the problem may be due to old or incorrect files being stored in your cache folder.
Often you can resolve the problem by clearing Skyword's site data without impacting your other sites. Here's how to do so in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari:
Chrome:
- Select Menu > Settings
- Select Privacy and Security > Site Settings
- Select View permissions and data stored across all sites
- Find the site and click Trash
- Restart the browser.
Firefox:
- Go to the site for which you want to clear cookies
- Click the padlock next to the URL > select Clear Cookies and Site Data.
- Restart the browser.
Safari:
- Go to Safari > Preferences
- Select Privacy > Manage Website Data
- Find the website and select Remove
- Restart the browser
