Accelerator360's Atomization feature allows you to adapt your content into new formats and versions, tailored for specific audiences and channels. The first step in creating an Atomization is adding your source content.
Add content to Atomize
- Click Atomize.
- Select Add Content.
- Add a title to your Atomization in the Content Name field in the Add Content to ATOMM page.
- Select an Audience or click + if you want to target a new audience for your Atomization.
- Add your source content by one of four ways:
- Import from the Web: click Start then enter in the URL you want to import content from and then hit Import. Before adding content imported from the web to ATOMM, please keep in mind that Web content is imported using the Mozilla Firefox Reader view. This import may result in extraneous HTML appearing in your content.
- Import from Google Docs: click Start then enter in the URL of the document you want to import from Google Docs, then hit Import. If importing from Google Docs, you must first ensure that the privacy settings for that URL are set to “anyone with the link”. You may revert settings upon import. Images will be removed from your document.
- Import from Microsoft Word: after you select Start, click the Upload button. Select the Word Doc from your device to add it to the editor.
- Manual Entry: paste content directly into the editor
Once content has been added to the editor, you will be able to edit and reformat it. Hit Add Content when you have completed any edits.
