The Generate Assignments page presents you with live search data to automate keyword research and create AI-powered content briefs.
Each keyword you select during your research can be turned into its own AI-generated assignment brief. Review & Create Assignment Briefs functions as an assignment brief shopping cart – click this button at any time to view the keywords you have chosen and/ or to begin the process of generating AI-created briefs.
Within the Generate Assignments page there are five ways that you can select your keywords.
1. Competitor search data
Generate an assignment brief using competitor search data by entering competitor URLs.
- Up to five competitors will automatically populate. You can click on any competitor to remove them from the results or you can add additional competitors to the URL pick list by clicking the + button next to the Type to Select Competitor bar. Competitors can also be added in the Configure section of the platform.
- Keywords will be listed from most to least searched per month. You will see how your company ranks vs. each of your competitors – keyword rank will be visible next to each company’s logo. You can click the Find Source (
) button to view the webpage that your site and/or your competitor ranks against a particular keyword.
- Users can also click the Get Related Keywords(
) button next to a keyword’s searches per month. This will show additional keyword recommendations based on that search term.
- Keywords are shown on a May, Must, Must, Must Rank basis. This means that a user’s site may rank in the top 100 for that keyword, while all competitors must rank in the top 100 for that keyword.
- Users can also click the Get Related Keywords(
- Select the check box next to any keyword that you wish to create an assignment to add them to Review & Create Assignment Briefs.
- Optionally, you can adjust your Search Settings to refine the displayed keyword results.
2. Manual Keywords
If you have done SEO research outside of Accelerator360, you can enter in a list of predefined keywords to target within an acceleration.
- You can manually add keywords in the Enter Keywords field, hitting the enter button on your keyboard after each one is added or you can upload a list of keywords using a CSV or .txt file.
- NOTE: Uploaded files must have one keyword listed per row.
- To remove a Manual Keyword you can simply click that keyword. Once your Manual Keywords list has been finalized those keywords will be added to Review & Create Assignment Briefs.
3. Trending Keywords
Enter a high-level topic to discover keywords associated with that subject.
- Manually input an overarching topic for which you would like to create content and click Save & Search.
- Review suggested keywords based on your topic. Keywords will be sorted from most to least searches per month.
- Users can also click the Get Related Keywords(
) button next to a keyword’s searches per month. This will show additional keyword recommendations based on that search term.

- Select the check box next to any keyword that you wish to create an assignment to add them to Review & Create Assignment Briefs.
- Optionally, you can adjust your Search Settings to refine the displayed keyword results.
4. Related Keywords
Related Keywords will cast a smaller, more focused net than Trending Keywords. Keyword results will correlate more directly to the target search term you enter.
- Manually input an overarching topic for which you would like to create content and click Save & Search.
- Review suggested keywords based on your topic. Keywords will be sorted from most to least searches per month.
- Users can also click the Get Related Keywords(
) button next to a keyword’s searches per month. This will show additional keyword recommendations based on that search term.

- Select the check box next to any keyword that you wish to create an assignment to add them to Review & Create Assignment Briefs.

5. Story Ideas
Create assignments that are not optimized for search by adding a topic via Story Ideas.
- You can manually add a high-level topic in the Enter Your Story Ideas field, hitting the enter button on your keyboard after each one is added, or you can upload a list of keywords using a CSV or .txt file.
- NOTE: Uploaded files must have one keyword listed per row.
- To remove a Story you can simply click that entry. Once your Story Ideas list has been finalized, those ideas will be added to Review & Create Assignment Briefs.
